Special Assembly on National Sports Day
A special assembly by class V C on National Sports Day was conducted with great enthusiasm on 24th August in the school auditorium to honour the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand.
The special Assembly commenced with a floral tribute to Major Dhyanchand by Rev. Sr. Principal. It was followed by a soulful prayer song. The students then presented a vibrant theme song on "Sports for a Healthy India," which filled the atmosphere with energy and spirit.
The inspirational thoughts of legendary sports personalities were delivered by the students. Assembly emphasized the importance of sports, fitness, and discipline in daily life.
A thought provoking skit was presented highlighting the importance of sports in the life of the students. The Principal addressed the students and encouraged students to play sports and reduce screen time.
The assembly concluded with the foot tapping dance performance inspiring all to stay fit and healthy.
